Your backend has been on the to-do list long enough.
3 days. 2 priorities. 1 thing you can FINALLY stop thinking about.
You know what needs to be fixed. The checkout that doesn’t trigger access. The contract signing flow that requires you to manually follow up every time. The onboarding automation that works except for the part where it drops people halfway through.
You’ve probably tried to fix it. Maybe you got halfway through and hit a wall. Maybe you set something up and you’re not totally sure it’s still working. Maybe you have a launch in two weeks and this is the thing standing between you and ready.
You don’t need a full project. You need someone to go in and handle the specific thing that’s broken.
Book directly.
No Discovery call.
No Delays.
Fill out a short intake when you book so I know exactly what we’re going in on before day one. Bring your priorities. I bring the plan.
Over three focused business days, I diagnose, fix, test, and document. You work on your business.
At the end of the three days, you get a walkthrough of everything that's changed and documentation.
Here's what a Sprint typically fixes:
Checkout not triggering delivery or access
Contract signing flow that requires manual follow-up every time
Email sequences that aren’t firing, mis-tagging, or going to the wrong segment
Onboarding automation that partially works but drops people mid-flow
Payment processor disconnected from your course or membership platform
Zapier workflows that run but don’t do the right thing
“I'd been fighting my way uphill for so long. I knew the pieces were there, but I didn't know how to trust that they'd work. Maria came in, connected everything, tested it, and handed it back to me fully functional. Zapier, Stripe, the email sequences, the landing pages, the course structure. I wouldn't have gotten there on my own, and I didn't have that kind of time. Now I can actually see the finish line.”

Before
You’re the backup system for your own automation. You’re manually following up after every purchase to make sure access was granted. You’re resending the contract because the trigger didn’t fire. You’re checking that the right sequence went to the right person. You’re the connective tissue your backend is supposed to be.
After
Someone books, signs, pays, or opts in, and the right thing happens automatically. You find out because Stripe sent a notification, not because something broke.
If your backend needs a full rebuild rather than a targeted fix, the Signature Build is probably the right fit. Learn more or apply here.
Not sure which one you need? Book the Sprint and describe where things stand. I’ll tell you honestly if you need something bigger.
faq
How do I know if my project fits a Sprint?
If you have one or two specific things that are broken or missing and you need them handled without a long ramp-up, the Sprint is probably the right fit. If you're not sure, book it anyway and describe where things stand in the intake. I'll tell you honestly before we start if you need something bigger.
What if my project turns out to be bigger than a Sprint?
It happens. If the scope is larger than three days of focused work can cover, I'll let you know and recommend the Signature Build instead. Your Sprint fee gets credited toward that investment, so nothing is wasted.
Do I need to be available during the three days?
No. Once your kickoff call is done and I have everything I need, you go run your business. I'll reach out if something unexpected comes up, but the whole point is that you don't have to be in it with me.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
The Sprint is platform-agnostic. Whether you're on Kajabi, Podia, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Stripe, or something else entirely, bring it. If I haven't worked in it, I'll figure it out.
What does the handoff look like?
At the end of the three days, you get a walkthrough of everything that was built or fixed, plus documentation so you know how it works and can maintain it going forward. It's a clean handoff. No ongoing dependency on me unless you want to continue working together.
How far out are you booked?
Typically about a week. If you have a launch or a hard deadline coming up, book sooner rather than later and mention it in the intake.
